Lex and Lana are dating but Lana still has feelings for Clark since they used to date but they broke up. Lana thought she had feelings for Lex too and perhaps she did/does but Lana has stronger feelings for Clark so after Clark tells her how he feels, they kiss and they begin a secret relationship since Lana is a little afraid to break up with Lex since he could do many effective things to both Clark and herself so she doesn't know what to do.
I don't think I made that clear enough in the actual video though...
Part 2 will focus on if Lex finds out about their secret relationship or not. I'll try to get it out ASAP.
